Whether this is your first university appointment, or you've been at this for decades, starting at a new place can be hard. Come meet your colleagues, learn the ins and outs of working at Waterloo, living in Waterloo Region, what FAUW does, and whatever else you want to know, at our New Faculty Conversation Cafes.
It's like speed dating meets a Q&A session: Choose a topic and join a table. When the timer sounds, stay and learn more, or move on to another topic. Learn from fellow new colleagues and from FAUW Board members—faculty members who've more or less learned the ropes around here by now.

We're holding two sessions at the Grad House on March 9, one at noon (lunch provided) and one at 4:30 (snacks provided).
What we talk about is up to you! Submit suggestions and questions when you register.
